Cancellation policy
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter by e-mail).
You can use the sample cancellation form below, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires .
Consequences of the revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.
Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may refuse to refund your money until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from the contract:

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
replacement value
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for testing the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion / Expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:

sealed cosmetic or care products if the seal has been removed or opened after delivery

Products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene
