1. Scope

Sales are exclusively to consumers (B2C)in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

3. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.
By clicking the "Buy now"button,you are placing a binding order for the product contained in the shopping cart.
We will confirm receipt of your order by email. The contract is concluded as soon as we expressly accept the order or ship the goods.

4. Prices & Shipping Costs

All prices are quoted in euros (€)and include statutory VAT.
For deliveries within Germany, Austria and Switzerland, shipping costs apply as per the shipping overview.

Delivery is via DHL Premium shippingwithin 3-7 working days.

Should an item be unavailable, we will inform you immediately.

7. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment is received.

8. Right of withdrawal (for consumers)

9. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for opened creams

For reasons of health protection and hygiene, a cancellation is excluded if:

  • The seal or protective film on the cream was removed or damaged after delivery.

Unopened goods can be returned within 30 days.

10. Return

Customers bear the direct costs of the return shipment.

11. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.

12. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.
In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), however, the amount of our liability is limited to the foreseeable, typical damage.

Our cream is a cosmetic product.
We do not make any medical claims or recommendations for healing.
The effect can vary depending on individual skin type.

We recommend a patch testbefore application.

14. Data protection

All information regarding data protection can be found in our privacy policy.

15. Applicable Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
Consumers residing in Austria or Switzerland are also subject to mandatory consumer protection regulations of their respective countries.
